    Depends. If you have a Google account (Gmail), and you set that all your contacts are saved on your Gmail contact list, then a simple sync from settings>sync settings should do it. If not, and you did not create a backup, then there is nothing you can do.

    If you have on your SIM card, then you might have a chance, but if you don’t see them, then that is too bad.
